23:1 Rule

23/1 Rule?

You come see us 1 hour a day…you come in, bust it hard and then you go on your way.  But what you do the other 23 hours of the day is completely up to you.  Don’t waste all of your hard work in here with poor nutrition choices.  23 hours are much more important than just the 1…so attack how you spend your time outside of the gym with the same focus that you spend your one hour in the gym.

Establish a 20 Rep Max Back Squat (if you did this last week, add 5-10lbs)
-2min rest then one max effort set of front squats-
2×20 Front Rack Lunges
