Game Day

Regular Classes at 8 and 11…then those who will be submitting their the scores for the Open will be working out at 12.  If you have time, hang around and cheer them on…this workout is no joke and they would love the support.  If you are one of those competing at noon…get here around 11:30, get warmed up and we are going to roll at 12…judges will brief you on the requirements and we will be moving in two heats so we want to stay on schedule.  Get a good nights sleep as PR’s are on the horizon!

CrossFit Games Open 13.1

*If you aren’t familar with the snatch (which we don’t expect you to be as we haven’t taught that skill yet but we will very soon) you will be doing ground to overhead*

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible


Fitness: (All weights are scaleable)

10 Minutes of:

20 Burpees
45/35 pound Ground-To-Overhead, 15 reps
15 Burpees
95/65 pound Ground-To-Overhead, 15 reps
10 Burpees
115/95 pound Ground-To-Overhead, 15 reps
5 burpees
135/115 pound Ground-To-Overhead, as many reps as possible
