A Day of Rest

I’ll post a little more about this as the week goes on and hopefully find the article that I wanted to share tonight…but I want to talk about taking rest days.  In PEAK we talk about the 3 on 1 off routine…we always discuss listening to your bodies and resting as needed.  We need to make sure our bodies are getting that needed recovery.  These workouts are stressful on the body and overuse is probably the number 1 cause in most injuries.  So keep that in mind…take a rest day, it does a body goooooood.

Monday, November 11th
Strength: 20 min
Hang Snatch:
1×3 @ 60%
1×3 @ 70%
3×3 @ 75-80%
3×2 @ 85-90%
Try to only rest 60-90 seconds between sets
 
3xME Dips (Box, Rig or Ring)
