A Week to Remember

Helluva week guys!  Great job for all of those who hit PR’s this week.  Keep working hard on your strength, more gains are right around the corner.  As for Saturday’s workout, despite what you’ve heard come to the rock per usual at 8 and 11 for our standard warmup before we head out for our conditioning 🙂
