Aim High

There’s a difference in precision and going through the motions.  I challenge each of you that do this workout to take it upon yourself to hit that full squat depth on the wall balls and to make contact with the ball about the line on each rep…and if you do not then repeat that rep.  This will not only make you a better athlete but you will leave the gym knowing that every rep you did today would have been valid in a competitive setting.  DO WORK!
