Barbell and Power

Big news coming out of the the Rocktown CrossFit camp today boys and girls….

We are excited to announce the start of Rocktown Barbell and Rocktown Power Club. These two programs will run on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:15pm. Barbell will focus on Olympic Weightlifting while Power will focus on creating overall strength (think bench/squat/deadlift). Both programs will have their own set of programming and will be instructor led. We are still working on the cost of these two programs but it will give those in our community who would rather focus strictly on these two domains an opportunity to do so without participating in the conditioning aspect our everyday classes offer. Along with the Tue/Thur schedule those outside The Rock will be permitted Open Gym access on Saturdays from 9-11am. Our estimated launch date is September 9th and we are pumped to be adding these two programs to our arsenal. Also, starting this upcoming Monday (Sept 1) a new PEAK class will be in session. As of now we plan to have two time slots available…one at 6:45am and another at 7:15pm. If you or someone you know is interested please shoot us a message or stop by and see us.
