Rest/Recovery days make me irritable…necessary for sure…but boy does it make me a bear to deal with.

Front Squats (every Tuesday will be Front Squats)
3×70% (of their 90%)
3×80%
3+x90%

50 bw lunges for time (aka, as fast as you can)
2x90sec plank
50 wall balls for time (aka, minimal breaks)

Workout:
3 rounds:
500m row
30 ball slams (20/15)
20 front rack lunges (115/75) (these lunges are stationary, but alternating)
