Bring It Back

I can’t take credit for this idea myself.  CrossFit Krypton is a gym I follow and they have whats called “Throwback Thursday”…they bring back a workout they have done in the past.  Now that we are in year two, welcome to every Thursday in 2014.  I’ll be sure to add the date so you can compare and contrast.  Stay warm out there!
