Laken cooling down…

Cardio-respiratory is one of the 10 skills associated with crossfit.  While everyday our workouts push us cardiovasuclarly its important to continue to improve at this aspect of fitness.  Continue to pursue this avenue and notice those runs will be come easier/faster…which probably just means we need to start going farther??.
