Remember, have a plan.  Look at this workout.  5 rounds, with short rep counts.  Push the pace as you settle in and continue to get faster….the 5th round should be your fastest.  Its as much mental as it is physical.  Have a game plan and post a solid number!  Always remember….you can rest when you’re finished 🙂
