Finish Strong

Lots of effort, sweat and burpees in the gym this week.  Lets finish the week strong with a kick @ss Saturday workout.  We will have class at 8 and 11am, see you manana…And if you are a Patriots fan, you will start the day with a 100 burpee warmup…Go Ravens!
