Accumulate 60 Deadlifts (185/135, 1 person works at a time)
Partner A- 30 Wall Ball (20/14)
Partner B- 30 Wall Ball
Partner A- 50 Double Unders (2:1)
Partner B- 50 Double Unders
Accumulate 40 Deadlifts (225/155)
Partner A- 30 Wall Ball
Partner B- 30 Wall Ball
Partner A- 50 Double Unders
Partner B- 50 Double Unders
Accumulate 20 Deadlifts (245/165)
Partner A- 30 Wall Ball
Partner B- 30 Wall Ball
Partner A- 50 Double Unders
Partner B- 50 Double Unders
