Mobility class this Saturday….here is what to expect!

The mobility course is designed to not only improve your flexibility and range of motion, but more importantly to help you become stable throughout the movements needed to train efficiently. This will help to reduce muscle soreness, joint stiffness and prevent injuries.

What to expect:

Class will be around 45 minutes
Dynamic warm-up
Foam rolling and lacrosse balls
A regional focus for each class (ankle/foot, hip, spine or shoulder)
Specific workout for the regional focus that day
