Happy Thanksgiving!

Partner Workout

5 Deadlifts

5 Hang Cleans

10 Abmat Situps

Both Partners will pick their weight for this workout, there is no prescribed weight.  Partner A will complete as many rounds of the above as possible while Partner B will complete a 200m Run.  Once Partner B finishes the run they will pick up where Partner A left off and Partner A will then complete a 200m Run.  Your score will be total weight lifted during the workout.
