Happy Birthday!

Wow, Hard to believe its been 2 years already!  Thank you for making this journey worth it, we feel blessed to see each of you come through those doors and trust us with your fitness.  Keep up the hard work, we have gains to make!  Unfortunately, we were so caught up in the wedding hoopla that the anniversary workout will have to wait till next week.

CrossFit Kids and Preschool start this upcoming week (Preschool on Tuesdays 10:15am-10:45am and Kids Monday/Wednesdays 3:45-4:30pm).  Let Lauren know if you have a nugget that you want enrolled and we will make it happen…a good opportunity to let out some steam while the weather is less than pleasant outside in preparation for spring sports.

Barbell and Power clubs are rolling…if you want on the bus jump at any time.
