Cheating in Crossfit…

Please for the love of all that is good in the world, do all the reps or be honest about your score…if the workout is max pullups tell the coach how many pullups you actually did, not how many your ego thinks you did.  Moral of the story, do the reps, do all of them!  This is not something we see a lot of, but it does happen…just correct it please 🙂
