It’s time to save the titties!

This Saturday we are going to throw down for breast cancer awareness!  Start rallying the troops now, we want The Rock bustin at the seams pushing each other for a good cause.  Two heats (8am and 9:30am, no open gym, no 11am) and we will announce the workout Wednesday night at 8pm.  (Hint: we are doing the event on a Saturday….are Saturday workouts easy? 🙂 ).  This event is FREE to the public, but we will be taking donations for the RMH Women’s Center if you want to help save the titties!
