Kipping Pullup Progression Saturday from 9-9:30/10ish…Normal class times at 8 and 11 with Open Gym in between (pullup rig will be tied up for a bit…obviously 🙂 )  Good luck to all those participating in the Fortifier Race and Big Ups to Rex Elsea as he takes on the Tough Mudder.
