Like You Stole It

Starting next week the Power Club will move to Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:15.  Barbell will stay on the Tue/Thur course…this should give everyone plenty of room to get their swell on!  also, If you want to now take both…you can, but please let Nate or Lauren know whats up.  Remember, this class is ongoing, you can jump in or out at anytime….so if last month didn’t work but this month does, let us know and we will let the coaches know you’ll be there!

Handstand Practice: Max holds, free standing holds, handstand pushups, handstand walks…basically get upside down!
