Load Up

We have some fun changes to programming coming up in the next few weeks with the weather changing.  For those of you who did the Open or did the workouts with the class look back on the past 5 weeks and evaluate how you did.  Was strength and issue?  Skill?  Cardio?  You’ll have a chance to give each of these more attention as we fine tune the next 6 weeks of workouts.
