Loosen Up

We have been offering two specialty classes for a while now…Yoga on Thursday evenings at 7:15pm and Mobility at 9am on Saturdays.  Attendance in both of these have been way down (not your fault, I know we all have lives).  But what I’m getting at is that if we want to continue to offer these we need more folks to participate.  If there is something you would like to see differently in these classes please let Nate or Lauren know and if its something we can accommodate we will try to make it happen.  Again, I know we all have a lot going on especially now that the weather is warming up…so let us know if there is something we could do differently.

Pause Clean (3 count pause @ knee) + Jerk: 5X2+1 – work to a heavy (but perfect) double for the day

25 Abmat Situps
