Madness

Very thankful to have march madness to get me through a couch filled Sunday….thanks to the wall balls I’m not sure much else would have gotten done.

3 min: 10 hr pushups + 30 double unders
1 min ME pullups
3 min: 10 hr pushups + 30 double unders
1 min ME pullups
This workout will be 2 scores:  pullups and total rounds.  The second 3 min set starts off where the first one left off.
