Good luck to all of our athletes competing in the East Coast Championships this weekend…and thank you to all of those who are not competing that listened to all those who were talk about it and for pushing them to get ready for this weekend.  If you ever have the chance to compete, I encourage you to do so…you will push to places you haven’t pushed before and more often than not you learn something about yourself in the process.  For those of you hanging around there will be NO 6:15pm class tomorrow(friday) and we are closed on Saturday…we apologize for the inconvenience.
