Alot of protein for todays workout…reference May 16th in which we did “Grace”…a good goal would be to go heavier than you did on that day.  For scaling purposes you really shouldn’t fail at whatever weight you go with…singles are acceptable, but there will be no sprinting across the gym trying to finish the jerk part of the movement!
