If I don’t watch Independence Day with Will Smith at some point this weekend I may as well move to another country.  On a side note, bring family/friend/enemy/etc to workout tomorrow, and wear some red, white and blue.  Don’t take the workout to seriously, enjoy each others company as we celebrate our independence!
