mobilityThe mobility course is designed to not only improve your flexibility and range of motion, but more importantly to help you become stable throughout the movements needed to train efficiently. This will help to reduce muscle soreness, joint stiffness and prevent injuries. Class is every Saturday morning following our 8am class and will last 45 minutes.  Class includes foam rolling, lacrosse balls and a regional focus for each class (ankle/foot, hip, spine or shoulder).  Class will be under the instruction of Dr. David Glazer, a Chiropractor in Harrisonburg who holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation.
