Muscles

This week is somewhat of an anomaly from our routine.  Wednesday will be our Athlete of the Month workout with open gym for strength…Thursday will be strength + workout but there will be no classes after the 12pm due to the Halloween Party (5:15)…come dressed up, there will be some fitness activities in a team style but no pressure to participate…if you want to come for the socializing that works for us!
