Strength: 20min
3×3 Snatch Grip Push Press + 2 Overhead Squats (heaviest possible)
3-5×2 Split Jerks (heavy but not to failure)

Workout:
7min Ladder
3 Thrusters (95/65)
3 Burpees
6 Thrusters
6 Burpees
9-9-12-12-15-15-etc.
