Open Season

The CrossFit Open begins this Thursday night as the workout is released at 8pm.  If you want to sign up you can follow the link on the rocktown home page on the right hand side column…not sure exactly what it is or if you are ready?  Shoot us a message and we can help you out.  Every Saturday morning most of those signed up will be doing their workouts for a judge at 9am so if you come for the 8am class we would love for you to stick around and cheer everyone on!  There will be no mobility class the next 5 weeks during the open.
