You made it!  Get out enjoy the awesome weather while we have it!  Mobility class immediately following the 8am…focus will be on the shoulders after a morning of snatching!

Crossfit Open 13.1

As Many Reps as Possible in: 17 min
40 burpees
30 snatches (75/45)
30 burpees
30 snatches (135/75)
20 burpees
30 snatches (165/100)
10 burpees
30 snatches (210/120)

*for scaling purposes, if you get to a weight that is prescribed and its too heavy you will stay at the previous weight that you had just completed.  Also, for our recent PEAK graduates or anyone uncomfortable with snatches will be doing clean and press…don’t fret the movements, come in and get it on!*
