Prepare to PEAK

Tomorrow starts the first day of PEAK.  Please be on time as we will have a jam packed hour of instruction, movement and a workout.  If you still want to be included in this session of PEAK feel free to show up tomorrow but please arrive early so we can take care of your paperwork before class.  We are extremely excited to be able to offer this program and can’t wait to see our athletes grow over the next two weeks.
