Push It Real Good

I think I can speak for everyone in saying the starting position for the deadlift is nothing short of awful.  We had some great “movers” in our day 1 session of PEAK so lets keep the momentum going into our push series.  Remember, we aren’t as concerned about your times in the workouts this week as we are about your technique on these lifting movements.  Great job everyone and we will see you at The Rock.
