Repeak

Thank you to everyone who hung around and cheered on our athletes while they did their Open workout this Saturday!  Week One is in the books and a new workout will be waiting this Wednesday night at 8pm.  Reminder that tomorrow and Tuesday will be PEAK days in which we will cover the Jerk Series and Overhead Squats.  All members will need to attend one class over the next two days.
