Rocktown Halloween Party!

Remember, the only class tonight will be the 5:15 and the workout will be a special Halloween workout….its still challenging, we aren’t pinning the tail on the donkey.  Also, WEAR A COSTUME!  we are going to party after we workout.  We will release the Halloween workout at some point tomorrow.

A new PEAK class will start this coming Monday.  If you know of someone interested send them our way, they won’t regret it 3 months from now I assure you!  For those of you coming tomorrow morning and at noon, here’s what you get…
