I hope everyone is having an awesome Friday (and staying warm). We have noticed an increase in tardiness lately and would just like to remind everyone of how it works. For every minute you are late, you owe 5 burpees BEFORE you start your warm up or stretching. If you’re more than 10min late you’ll need to partake in another class.

We have also decided to take this one step further. If you come in, see that you’re late and a coach has to tell you to do your burpees plan on doubling it (thank you Lauren!). We will give you every opportunity to do them before saying anything but just know if you’re late and it doesn’t happen that its coming. Its gotten this bad folks…I know you may think its no big deal but its distracting and can make classes fall behind. I understand sometimes circumstances come up but if you’re late, do your burpees and then jump in. A few burpees will only make you more fit anyways 🙂 Here’s to being on time!!
