Rocktown Rack Rescue Workout 10/19

Rack Rescue-01As promised…below is our Rack Rescue workout, or at least most of it :).  It will be done with a partner and if you have issues running we have a rowing machine made just for you!

1st Annual Rocktown Rack Rescue

With a partner:

4 min:
400m run (both) and with remaining time, max reps of burpees
*1 min rest*
4 min:
400m run (both) and with remaining time, max reps of bodyweight squats
*1 min rest*
4 min:
400m run (both) and with remaining time, max reps of abmat situps
*1 min rest*
4 min:
400m run (both) and with remaining time, max reps of ball slams
*1 min rest*
4 min:
400m run (both) and with remaining time, max reps of hand release pushups
*1 min rest*
4 min:
400m run (both) and with remaining time, (last exercise announced the day of the event)

*You have 4 minutes for both partners to complete the run then accumulate as many reps as possible with the remaining time.  Your score will be the total reps accumulated after all sets are completed*
