SCHEDULE FOR TUESDAY FEB 17TH

Here’s what we have today guys…noon is a go and we are going to have class at 3 and 4pm.  No strength just the workout.  If it’s packed we will run it in heats so you can sweat a little and get home before the things get slick again this evening.  As always use caution.  The parking lot is slick so please go slow and be careful walking in here.
