Little Friday is finally here!  The Weekend is in sight.  Today’s workout is going to be gut wrenching, but know for a fact you will see this again!  We want to use this as a benchmark.  Scale, scale, scale.  Make your goal the next time to do more weight or a higher box…if you do go as prescribed your goal the next time will be to do it faster.
