sports_performanceLooking for something a little more sports specific?  We have you covered!  Rocktown will offer a variety of sports performance and children’s fitness programs.  Our goal is to teach our athletes, young or old, the ten basic skills that define fitness: Strength, Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Speed, Power, Coordination, Agility, Accuracy and Balance.  These skills are important as they increase performance in any sport and also carry over into everyday life.  At our core we are a strength and conditioning program and can help any athlete increase their ability through strength, gymnastic and cardiovascular training.
