If you didn’t see the Facebook post on Friday, please remember there is no open gym inside at night or any class that is obviously at capacity for that matter.  Please be respectful to your peers taking class and the coaches.  If you want to take a barbell outside by all means, but nothing inside at night.

Pause Snatch (3 count pause @ knee): 5X2 – work to a heavy (but perfect) double for the day
Workout

400m Run (all out)
Max Effort Unbroken Handstand Pushups (30 Rep limit for those on a box)
