Almost to the weekend…lets get it in!  Also, The CrossFit Open is right around the corner…more details to follow….we are expecting a big crew to participate and will offer as many opportunities as possible to do the workouts.  This is a fun experience and a great way to see test your fitness!

Front Squat: Apply the following percentages to 90% of your 1 Rep Max
5 Reps @ 65% + 10 Reps of Back Squat
5 Reps @ 75% + 8 Reps of Back Squat
5+ Reps @ 80%
