20 rounds

5 Deadlift 135/95

5 Hang clean

5 Shoulder to overhead


1 mile run

Each partner will complete a round before the next person goes…each partner will complete 10 rounds then run the mile together…last one in the door determines your time. No one can start the run till both partners have finished the 20 rounds.
