Workout:
8 tabatas of the following exercises with 1 min rest between
1.  KB Swings (1.5/1)
2.  Goblet Squats (1.5/1)
3.  Overhead Lunges (1.5/1)-alternate rounds with R & L
4.  Snatches (1.5/1)-alternate rounds with R & L
*SCORING*-Athletes will count the lowest number of reps completed in any of the 8 intervals.  For example if an athlete scored 7,9,10,7,8,6,10,12 in their 8 rounds, their score for that exercise would be “6” because that was their lowest score.  Athletes will then add up their 4 scores (for each exercise-swings, squats, lunges, snatch).
