Congrats to Marilyn and Scott as they tie the knot today!

Welcome to Hopper Saturday!  Once everyone has arrived for class there will be three stacks of cards…Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Cardio.  At random we will draw ONE card from each stack.  Each card will represent a different movement (example: weightlifting might be front squats, thrusters, snatch, etc.).  Once the movements are selected the coaches will configure format/weight/reps and we will get moving.  Plan on whatever we draw up to last 15-25min like typical Saturday workouts do.  CrossFit trains people to be prepared for the unknown and unknowable.  General physical preparedness means that we are trained to be prepared for anything.  We are training for life.  Welcome to Hopper Saturday.
