3×85%
1+x95% (this set is as many reps with PERFECT FORM.  Do not get to the point of failure)

50 abmat situps

15-12-9 No Dump Thrusters (*there is no prescribed weight for this, but whatever you choose, be able to do each set (15/12/or 9) WITHOUT dropping the bar.  20 burpee penalty if the bar is dropped. As much rest as needed between sets)
