Throwback

Little Friday time!  Open gym after the workout and Yoga tonight at 7:15-8pm.

The schedule for Monday is one class at 9am (think partner workout, so bring friends/family)

Reminder, ONE class Saturday at 8am for Murph…no open gym or mobility afterwards.  Last year we did donations, this year we are changing it up.  Check out the deets below…

“Rather than collecting donations this year we would like everyone to bring in a Name and address of someone who is serving, a family that has a son/daughter serving, or a family who has maybe lost a family member serving our country. We plan to send each family a little something but we need your help with their information. Please bring it on an index card this Saturday or if you can’t attend but still know of someone please send us a message with the information.

Thanks to Karen Craun for this idea. We are looking forward to seeing everyone Saturday, and as Lauren has said, its not about what we do its about why we are doing it.”
