Partner workout:

500m row and 125 double unders (each)

50 deadlifts while partner holds bar (275/185)

– must switch when partner drops

50 toes to bar while partner hangs (2:1 Knee Tucks)
– must switch when partner drops

50 Wall Balls while partner wall sits

-must switch if wall sit is lost
