Workout: As Many Reps As Possible in 16 Minutes – With a Partner

Option A:

400m Partner Run
Increase Power Clean by 4 Reps each round.

Option B:

4 Power Clean (135/95)
400m Partner Run
Increase Power Clean by 4 Reps each round.

Option C:

200m-400m Partner Run
